Yes! We love pets and welcome all members of your family. Whether you are thinking about moving in or thinking about adopting a new pet for your Skye Suwanee Town Center home, we ask that you connect with our team to add them to your lease. Pet rent funds our pet parent events, treats in the leasing office, annual pet presents, gated dog run, and pet wash, as well as covers specific wear and tear items upon move-out. Unreported pets may result in lease violations and fines of up to $100 per pet and a $10/day retroactive fee. 

Adding a Pet

  • Fee $450 (non-refundable) second pet paw mate fee ($200- non-refundable)
  • Rent $25/monthly per pet

  • Dogs up to 100 pounds
  • Cats

What restrictions are there?
  • Each apartment can have two pets total between canine and feline friends.
  • Dogs must weigh 100 pounds or less.
  • We do not allow certain breeds including, but not limited to, Afghan Hound, Chow, Mastiff, Akita, Doberman, Pit Bull, Cattle Dog, Great Dane, Pointer, Basenji, Greyhound, Rottweiler, Belington Terrier, Husky, Saint Bernard, Burmese Keeshond, Saluki, Bloodhound, Malamute, and Weimaraner.
  • We do not allow snakes, lizards, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, monkeys, iguanas, or other exotic animals.

Our goal is to provide an all-inclusive, resort-style experience, from the luxury feel of your home to the level of service our team provides to the free events and perks of being a Skye Suwanee Town Center resident. We also value transparency and have listed all current costs. Your rent includes: Bikes, resistance training tools, and a suite of equipment Complimentary Starbucks coffee from our barista-style machine that creates lattes, hot cocoa, and more 24-hour access to the clubhouse's lounge with its over-sized television screen, mini arcade, business center with four private conference rooms, and plenty of seating and gathering areas Enjoy the swimming pool area -one guest per lease holder Multiple grills, bar, and dining areas maintained by our professional service team Positive credit reporting to Experian 24/7/365 emergency maintenance by our dedicated service technicians, who take care of everything from your light bulbs to the air conditioning To apply to live at Skye Suwanee Town Center, we have the following move-in costs:

  • Application Fee $100 (per applicant)
  • Administrative Reservation Fee $200** (per apartment)
  • Traditional Deposit $300/$400/$500/$600 (refundable, for one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, respectively)
  • Lease Term Deposit $99/$130 (non-refundable or variable refundable deposit, respectively)
  • Residents pay the following fees monthly:
    • Liability Insurance $15.00
    • Pest Control $5
    • Valet Living Trash service $25.00
    • Service Fee $6.50
    • Luxer $30
  • You can add any of the following to complete your home here:
    • Storage Space $35-$125 (monthly for 2x4 to14x13 square-feet, respectively)
    • Reserved Covered parking spaces $175 (Monthly)
    • Personal Garage $300/month (breezeway access or detached, respectively)
    • Up to two pets with a $450/$200 non-refundable fee, and $25 monthly pet rent per pet
  • Some Fine Print: An additional security deposit may apply depending on the application approval process. Electric must be scheduled in your name by your move-in date, and the account number must be provided to the office upon move-in. If not done, you will be charged for electric usage plus a fee of $50 per month. All utilities, cable, telephone, and internet are the resident's responsibility.

We are proud to provide a completely smoke-free living environment. This prohibits all residents, visitors, and staff/contractors from smoking anywhere on the property. Our priority is to ensure each of you is comfortable in your home at Skye Suwanee Town Center, and we thank you for your cooperation.

We ask each resident to cultivate a calm, community environment by being aware of your own noise level and tolerant of your neighbors’. Please be especially courteous during standard work/school week hours, as many people work and learn from home. We ask you to please be cognizant of how noise may carry from your balcony/patio, open windows, and through apartment walls and floors. We want everyone to feel comfortable in their homes and to provide a peaceful, positive atmosphere for all.

In compliance with the City of Suwanee, Georgia, city code, we support quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This includes but is not limited to music, shouting, vehicle and pet noises that annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of persons in any way.
